Niranjan Plastics started its operation from a small shop floor in 1959 with processing and manufacturing facilities and for the last 59 years are providing facilities available with us for aforesaid products/services, which may inspire buyer to consider us as a Quality-conscious and dependable supplier.
In 1966, we started manufacturing Plastics Processing Machines. Our Machines are simple to operate but sturdy and robust in construction. Presently we manufacture Injection Moulding Machines in various configuration from 25-210 tons, in P.L.C. And high end Microprocessor-based Machines in open and partial closed loop circuit. Machines are manufactured strictly as per our proven designs and thoroughly tested and tried prior to delivery to the customers. Our Machines are being extensively used by manufacturers in different parts of India and abroad in all Asian countries.
We have all manufacturing facilities in-house and the majority of parts are confirmed to our standards with jigs, fixtures, and gauges. We have ample skilled manpower to handle assembly and testing of machines. We have a team of technocrats handling services and support departments to cater services and spare parts availability to the customers at the right time.
FACILITIES:
We have all state of the art workshop Machines installed at our Machine division required for manufacture of components for Plastics Moulding Machineries. Under the able supervision of qualified engineers and trained personnel. We also have our in-house design and drafting division for constant research and developments and upgradation of new Machines, components, tools, products, etc. We also have requisite testing facilities and tools for constant monitoring of quality and accuracies of the components manufactured in-house and sourced from vendors. We have our continuous running Injection Moulding factory where various R&D and trials are taken out thus giving Customer proven Machines.
